COMPANY HISTORY
First Capital Investment Group, Inc. headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana was formed in 1991 with a plan to concentrate on long-term investment in real estate such as apartments, industrial properties, self-storage facilities, single tenant office buildings and medical buildings. Today the Company owns and manages in excess of $100,000,000 in assets.

All American Storage, a division of First Capital, has five self-storage facilities in Bloomington and Evansville, Indiana and Oviedo, Florida with holdings that total 278,500 square feet and contain approximately 2,400 storage units. Guided by a desire to be the premiere storage facility in the marketplace, All American Storage promotes professionalism in its management while offering a quality product to its customers. To provide our residential and commercial customers a full range of services conveniently situated in one location, Pak Mail was added to the Evansville, Indiana and the Oviedo, Florida storage facilities offering premium packing and shipping.
